Title IX Notice
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. Section 1681 et seq., prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual harassment as defined in this policy, in any program, service or activity, including admission to these programs and activities. Title IX also prohibits sex discrimination in employment. Retaliation against a person who reports or opposes improper discrimination or retaliation is likewise prohibited under Title IX. Diploma and Career Institute (DCI) shall fully comply with Title IX and its accompanying regulations.
Non-Discrimination Policy
DCI seeks to have a diverse student body and has a non-discriminatory policy as to students. The school does not discriminate against applicants or students on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, ancestry, gender, gender identity and expression, or sexual orientation. The school admits the students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, ancestry, gender, gender identity and expression, or sexual orientation to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, ancestry, gender, gender identity and expression, or sexual orientation in administering its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship program, loan program, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
