How Do I Access My Scholarship:
1. Apply and be accepted at a college, university, trade school, apprenticeship, etc.
2. Fill out the Scholarship Payment Request Form and email it to your mentor.
Please allow at least one month for your scholarship funds to be processed and then disbursed to the school.
Please note, you have two years from 6/30/2023 to use your scholarship.
